When did you start working out? I mean REALLY working out...working out hard.
I'm not even 8 weeks PP yet but I've been walking some. I want to get T25 for when I really feel like I can do a hard workout but don't want to get it now if I'm not going to feel like I can for months.
I know it's all individual but when did you start Reeeaaaalllyyyy working out after your section?
Re: C-Section mommas! Exercise after section.
What's the deal with exercise and milk supply tanking? Is it because you just go through so much water when working out? I might take in a Zumba class tomorrow so we'll see. I'll just make sure to pump tomorrow morning and mayhaps before I go depending on timing. An drink soooooooo much water .
My incision isn't fully healed yet so I'll stick to walking for a few more weeks and see how I feel later before doing anything too strenuous.
That, and, I tend to lose more weight by eating healthy than I do by working out.
What happened with your wound? How long have you been dealing with the packing?
My incision became infected about a week after delivery and they had to reopen the entire wound and they discovered an infected tunnel 8 deep! Nursed have been packing my wound daily for nearly 6 weeks!
Did you not have the option of getting the wound stitched up at the very end?
