Heathcote Hospital in Haymarket

Hello Nova moms! I just found out my OB has moved all their deliveries from Prince William hospital to the new Novant facility in Haymarket. Does anyone have any experience with the birthing center at Heathcote? I am 7 weeks pregnant with my second. My daughter was delivered at Prince William.

I just happened to come across this. Heathcote just opened.
I'm not sure how the birthing center is. I know when they were working on opening it some OB's were worried because there is no NICU or NICU staff. But they now have NICU staff there so if an emergency were to arrive you would have that.
