I don't as it doesn't seem to affect my LO at all. I have one latte pretty much every morning. It has about 2.5 oz espresso and lots of sugary flavored syrup and milk - its delicious! I drink it over the course of about 45 min or so, sometimes while bfing. He seems completely unaffected by it - actually he usually takes his longest nap of the day after the nursing session that follows my latte.
LO still enjoys his morning coffee through my milk just like he did in the womb. I don't consume enough to over do it. I did just go from one coffee to 2 in the morning because of less sleep and having to work. Enjoy!!
I had 3 cups of coffee this morning and DS is on his second one hr+ nap today.

I started out with one cup of regular (strong) coffee each day. After I read about it on Kellymom, I upped it to a second cup, because I love coffee and I'm tired! And it doesn't affect LO... she is usually good with naps!
I literally need coffee to survive.... I'm not BF so I can't help as far as that goes but god bless anyone who's not drinking any caffeine with a baby!!!
My friend is coming over and I called and asked her to bring me a diet dp!!

I drink caffeine throughout the day and don't keep track with pumping. No noticeable change with LO.
