Baby sign language question

Ava was born at 35 weeks on February 19. She is 11 weeks as of today, but her adjusted age is 6 weeks. I'm planning on doing sign language with her for basic stuff, nothing fancy. STMs who did this with your first LOs, when did start introducing the signs, or did you just always do them? I need to brush up on them because I kinda feel like I need to start them pretty quickly.
