Thoughtful Mother's Day Idea for MY Mom?

My mom keeps my 18 month-old daughter for no charge while I work. I do special things for her from time to time to say thank you, like a massage gift certificate, gift cards, etc. I'm looking to get her something meaningful for Mother's Day that may incorporate not only our relationship, but the unique and special relationship she has with my daughter. Any ideas that would stand out?

Check @ClaireFraser‌'s recent thread. I'd be a happy mama is someone gave me that for mothers day. And it would definitely stand out, if you know what I mean.
