We went to Disney jr live today!

It was a fun day! Don't read on if you're some kind of weirdo who cares about Disney Jr Live spoilers.

DS1 (just turning 2) enjoyed it. It wasn't as chaotic as I pictured. They had the usual lineup of overpriced plastic merch. DS chose a Sofia snowcone for $15. We went to the 10:30 show and he usually doesn't nap until noon, but by the time the doc mcstuffins preshow kicked off he was rubbing his eyes so I was a little worried.

Mickey kicked off the show and he flipped.It was his favorite moment. Seriously lost it with clapping and laughing.
The Sofia stuff was just...ok. I'm not the biggest fan of Sofia to begin with. I found her storyline to be a little lame. DS lost interest a few times. But it was well done.

The Jake stuff was overall much better. Better songs, better effects, and better plot line. Jake had a sword fight, flying, a crocodile, and Peter Pan. Sofia had a classroom scene and a cake mishap in comparison. DS enjoyed seeing tick tock croc on stage. They did a nice job keeping the kids engaged and involved in the show.

I would recommend to anyone whose considering it. We paid nearly double for floor seats and I wouldn't recommend that though. The cheaper seats were actually better.
