OK - I know this is totally crazy - but I swear most of my spring / summer shoes are snug and cutting into my heel(s). I was at dinner with a girlfriend last night and she suggested perhaps this is due to all the hormonal fluctuations and weight gain, etc. It's not that my feet are swollen - some shoes from last season are snug in the heel.
Any thoughts, has anyone experienced this or should I just chalk this up to just something annoying I am going to have to deal with?
I'm going to go with it's something annoying. I've had the same exact shoe size since high school, even after gaining 100lbs, losing 50lbs, & 3yrs of IF treatments... my shoe size never changed.
