Anyone with both tubes tied that can offer hope (TICKER WARNING- IGNORE THREAD PLEASE)

My sister is 21 years old and had surgery for endometriosis and they were going to try to unblock a tube (also she was told she doesn't produce many eggs). After the surgery they told her that they couldn't unblock the tube and that both of her tubes are blocked. Needless to say she is feeling beyond awful at this point and I would love to give her some examples of women in her similar situation that had successful pregnancies.

Any hope, encouragement or personal stories would be great!
THANK YOU!

From the READ ME FIRST!!! post:

    - If you are posting here after your have gotten pregnant, congratulations! - Please warn readers if your siggy has a ticker or pictures or similar. Example: "****siggy warning***."

    - If you would like to share or hear success stories, please visit Pregnant after IF or Success after IF.

It sounds like your sister will need IVF to get pregnant, which is what most of us here are in the process of experiencing. You could encourage her to post here, preferably AFTER reading the clearly titled "READ ME FIRST" post.

ETA: Her tubes aren't "tied," they're blocked. Big difference.
