For mommas who had SPD (symphasis pubis dysfunction) or related pelvic issues during pregnancy, are you totally healed up or are you having any lingering issues?

Re: CPW - Mommas who had SPD/Pelvic issues during pregnancy

  • So I had pretty severe SPD from 10 weeks onwards, and although it's lessened a lot since delivery, I still feel a lot of pelvic strain if I go for a long walk, and I still can't run much.

My dr. says it can take up to a year to get all the relaxen outta your system, so I guess I'm one of the lucky ones :( Just curious if I'm alone in this.

Lovetit'ing not because you're in pain, but cuz you're sharing your experience. Sorry about the running too, @ncchnat‌ :(

  • I had a lot of pelvic issues during my FIRST pregnancy in 2010.  My left leg went numb from the hip to the knee on the outside.  LOTS of chiro care and neurology appointments later, still numb and probably will be forever or so they say...

  • Was fine during pregnancy but having issues now... Thanks for posting, makes me feel less alone
