Another feeding question - red and sweaty

I'm getting used to Will's new normal. He's a very different color now and it's hard for me to know what I should worry about. His face is always red and hot and his hands and feet cold and purple. He has also started getting redder and sweaty when he eats. It takes him longer to take down a bottle than before surgery. It's only been 5 days, so I'm sure it's partially recovery and pain or his medicine. I just worry b/c before sweating while eating was a bad sign I was supposed to watch for. Do any of your kids get sweaty when they eat?
