So, I may or may not have forwarded an email response from me to IT saying that another department didn't have their crap together, to that department... Damage control complete, but I still feel like a jackass, but the comment was true.

I'm not one who is shy about telling people what I think, however, I usually do it to their face/ear.  Not through email.
