1st Trimester

anyone else up every 2 hours?

Starting at 7 weeks I've been up at night every 2 hours or so. I only go to the bathroom only once but just like clock work, seems like 12:00am, 3:00am and 5:00am are my new best friends. This has been my main pregnancy symptom so I'll take it over morning sickness but I thought no sleep came AFTER the baby was born?  :)

Re: anyone else up every 2 hours?

  • Yes.  I've even tried to cut back the amount of water I drink in the evenings.  It hasn't helped so far.

Married on October 20, 2012.  Began trying in January 2013.

  • Yes I've had a lot of trouble sleeping since I've been pregnant. I'll be 10 weeks tomorrow.

  • I wake up every night multiple times... I've basically had trouble sleeping since right after I conceived, which is crazy to me.  I go to bed between 10pm and midnight, and I wake up about every 3 hours on the dot.  I typically have to pee every single time, too - even if I cut back on the amount of liquids I drink before bed.
    Me: 34 - PCOS | DH: 30 - everything looks good!

  • Yes, pregnancy insomnia is definitely something I have had with every baby. It stinks and only gets worse for me as I get bigger.

  • Right after I got my BFP I had trouble falling asleep for about 4 days. Since then it's only happened once or twice. Now I am up every 3 hours or so to pee. all I've heard is this is so common throughout the whole pregnancy. I already peed a lot before I was pg...lol
