Fell out of bed

Well he fell out of bed this morning. Mattress is the lowest it'll go. Shit. Does this mean toddler bed for sure? Omg my heart is still pounding. I was in tears.

  I hated that feeling when it happened to us.  1) Take comfort in the fact that their lil bodies can take a licking and keep in ticking 2) make sure the area around his bed os clear so he doesn't land on anything

I would go to toddler bed for sammie if her room were baby proof but the room is still a mix of our stuff and hers so I don't feel safe that she won't get into something she shouldn't

O my goodness!  I'm dreading the day that this happens to us.

It sucked. We are converting his bed tonight. Too scared he'll break a limb or something if he falls again. I'm dreading this.

OMG it was amazing. He acted like he's been doing it his whole life. I was shocked. He must've been ready. Can't believe it. I gave him some time before bed that night to explore it and he didn't really care. He handed me his bottle, yes still a bedtime bottle, and said bye bye and pointed to his crib. I was shocked.
