Update on my other post

I just thought I'd give an update to my other post. 

DD had another episode where she stopped breathing briefly on Thursday night, so we were back at the paediatricians office today. I love this doctor. She never makes me feel stupid for asking questions and she really shows love and concern.

She increased DDs losec dose, and is sending her for a barium X-ray so that she can see exactly how bad the reflux is so that we know where to go from here. 

I have been so stressed out with DD being in pain, nursing constantly, having these breathing issues, having gas, and bowel problems, I'm just relieved to have a plan. DD didn't gain as much weight as the ped would have liked (especially for the amount of time she spends nursing) but she isn't concerned about the weight just yet. We are going to just keep an eye on it and make sure that she keeps gaining.

Thanks for the update. I wish it had been an update that it hadn't happened again, but it sounds like your doctor is taking it seriously and working hard to find the cause. Hope you all get to the bottom of it really soon!
