More tired than usual question

I've noticed that my 6 year old is quite tired in the afternoons. More so than normal. I want to chalk it up to that the weather is decent, so they are spending more time outside. I'm hoping it's just part of a seasonal transition. Has anyone else noticed this with their kids?

Yes, but my son just started soccer, so adding an activity a couple times per week has definitely contributed to the tired/crankiness...Also, seasonal allergies/sniffles

Scarlett's been having issues with allergies, and that tires her out a bit.

DS1 has seasonal allergies and he's exhausted by about 6:30 every evening.
