Introduction from 3T

I figured I'd introduce myself to this board since I started lurking. I usually post on 3T but felt that I might fit in on this board as well, since i'm now headed for IVF. My history is in my siggy, but i've basically had 6 failed IUI's. My dx is PCOS with very low hormone levels and very long cycles, without meds. I've been TTC since February 2012. 
I did 6 IUI's with my first RE and now sought opinions from a 2nd and 3rd RE. I was all set to pursue IVF with the 3rd RE I visited, but the cost seems way too high. My current plan is to figure out costs/financing and stick to my gluten/dairy/soy/nut free diet. I'm trying to feel as healthy as possible before going forward with IVF. 

This whole journey has been crazy and stressful so far and I admire everyone who has the courage to move forward and not give up. I look forward to contributing to this board. 

Me and DH: 32, TTC since 2/2012
Dx: lean PCOS, low hormone levels, 2 CP's before seeing RE, MTHFR heterozygous
IUI #1 with clomid and ovidrel: BFN
IUI #2 with clomid (unresponsive), femara, ovidrel and novarel: Possible CP
IUI #3 with femara, ovidrel and novarel: BFN
IUI #4 with Follistim (115 iu) and ovidrel= BFN, developed OHSS, benched- 2 weeks of birth control pills
IUI #5 with Follistim (75iu) and ovidrel= BFN........Taking a medication break for a few months
IUI #6 with Follistim (75iu) every other day, femara and Lupron trigger= BFN
*Taking a long break to get healthy and research/prepare for IVF*
Goal: gain 5 lbs, gluten/dairy/soy/nut free

IVF #1 Oct/Nov 2013: Long Lupron with Gonal-F. 7R, 7M, 7F. 2 txfer@3d. Nothing frozen.  => M/C @ 8 wks. :'( Selected RPL panel all normal. Very hyper and brittle response to stims. IVF #2 (antagonist protocol) Feb 2014 => Converted to IUI (Perfect conditions). BFN. IVF #2.1 w/ new RE June 2014: Antagonist protocol. 33R, 31M, 30F, 19 blasts to test!!! I made it through without crashing!! :) Hats off to Dr. Fancypants!! ET of one 5AB blast. BFN. 13 10 CCS'ed snowflakes! FET #1 PUPO as of 7/29 Betas: 8/7@24, 8/9@97, 8/11@334 (etc.) Two sacs on 8/15, one seen on 8/18 after a bleed. U/s 8/25 (6+3) "perfect": 5.9 mm + HB@120bpm! U/s 9/4 (7+6): 15.9 mm + HB@172 bpm! Please, PLEASE stick this time!!!!

    DH: MFI
    IUI #1 BFN
    2nd treatment cycle: Clomid & TI BFN
    IUI #2 (injects) IUI BFN
    2/14 through 3/14 benched with a cyst
    IVF#1 CD1 came before beta. BFN. No frosties.
    Benched with cysts...
    IVF#2 beta moved up due to heavy bleeding 6dp5dt...beta was 11. beta#2 20.4! Beta#3 28 Chemical pregnancy :(
    Currently on BCPs with cysts, planning IVF#3 Everyone welcome!

    @pblge Thanks. I'm going to look into those check ins. It will be nice to be a part of something, especially since I have no definitive date of starting an IVF cycle. 

    @vibeee I will take any wisdom I can get =) Also, I am Italian not Polish. Why do you ask?

    MC Sept '10, MC Dec '10, DS born 2012

    Clomid + TI = BFP #1 March '13, MC April '13

    Gonal F + trigger + IUI #1 = BFP #2 10/21/13, MC 10/31/13

    Gonal F + trigger + IUI #2 = BFP #3 1/16/14, ectopic w/ heartbeat & rt salpingectomy 1/29/14

    IVF #1 - ER 5/9/14 transfer cx'd due to high P4
