rash while pregnant?

I'm 12 weeks and I just started developing a rash on my inner thighs- anyone know what could cause this or safe ways of treating it?

I got one on my stomach very early on. The Dr didn't even look at it when I went to my appointment, just said put hydrocortisone cream on it. It took a good week or two but it went away

I had that with my first... no real explanation other than pregnancy is just weird.  Nothing OTC worked.  I had to use a prescription steroid cream.  Good luck.

I had a rash early on this pregnancy. It was on my stomach and in between my boobs. My doctor told me it's normal and like pp said, just a weird symptom of pregnancy, and likely due to the heat in our area as well. I put some hydrocortisone on it and it went away within a week.

I had a rash from head to toe that broke out when I was 5 weeks and went away 2 weeks later. Doc gave me steroid cream but had no explanation for what caused it.
