mark on his penis...

he has a couple little marks...kinda look like scratches on his penis.  i'm with him 24/7 and he hasn't injured himself... any ideas what they could be?  they are kinda reddish too.

Maybe his diaper?  Like when you sleep and sometimes your clothes leave imprints in your skin...could it be that?
