Tomorrow we are going to make our 4 hour one-way trip to the specialist. I'm not worried about the drive, we travel all the time with LO. I'm just worried we will get there and not have things they need.
So, my question is, is there anything special we should take? Immunization records, ss card, birth certificate, test results? It's for reflux/ projectile vomiting. I don't want to be turned around and sent home over something I could have had.
None of the paper work says to bring anything, but we all know how hospitals work, you're suppose to read their minds.
Never hurts to take all that. Also if you have a food log for (if BF) or a feeding log for LO, a diaper log for LO. Not sure what specialist you are seeing but these are things I have needed when seeing specialists.
Re: If you've had to take LO to a specialist, I need your help!
