So I plan to make two egg stratas for the birthday brunch. But I only have one crappy oven. So, do I put the 9x13 pans side by side in the oven? Or one above the other and switch shelves halfway through? Or some other magical arrangement?
I did warn you I am cooking challenged... Just not sure how to make sure they are both done cooking at the same time. This is why Target's deli is usually my caterer. thanks in advance for your cooking-for-dummy advice.
I would make them both at once, and switch their positioning if my oven has any hotter spots (which it does). Good luck oh and side by side if they fit.
