Fatigue. Any remedies?

Hello ladies, hope you all had a nice Easter and/or weekend !

So fatigue is kicking my ass. It's straight up exhaustion. Any advice on how to cope or get through the day without being able to take a nap (at work I have no nap option - we don't have lunch breaks).

Yeah I hear ya. I feel like I'm better if I get up and move around. If I sit still at my desk too long I start to feel like I'm going to nod off. So maybe just get up and shake it out.

But having said that I don't know what you do for work so maybe you are on your feet all day so this advice is useless!

I've been kicking my day off with a hard boiled egg, banana and coconut water. I have a pretty active job, so that keeps me going until I eat lunch (which has been more coconut water and a PB sandwich) but the second I sit down for office work, usually around 3pm, I do feel in need of a nap.

I'm on my feet pretty much all day. I work at an urgent care 9a-8p and we average close to 100 people a day. I think being on my feet adds to the fatigue. But I can't say for sure, as Saturday I think I was only awake for 6hrs and I didn't do a darn thing that day lol!

I'm right there with you...so sleepy!! All weekend long, I slept, sat on the couch and nearly passed out after we went out to dinner on Saturday. Are you a coffee drinker? Lately the smell turns my stomach but when I am totally pooped, I have a cup of decaf to try to trick myself into thinking I'm getting a caffeine jolt. Also, I've been having my one legit caffeinated beverage arond 2:30 to get me through the end of the day.
