cannot recall which it is to avoid/use & sucessfully avoided needing it last year since LOs stroller had a huge cannopy. Now that she is loving going outside for actual walks, need reccomendations because hiding her below her stroller sun shade isn't going to last much longer.

We used the Neutragena Pure & Free Baby last year, and it seemed to work well enough. I use their sunscreen for myself because I have super sensetive skin, which is why I picked it for DD.
I think that the ones that you want are the physical blocks that have zinc oxide and/or titanium dioxide, and you want to avoid the chemical ones that are absorbed into the skin.
