Maryland Special Education Parent Survey

I thought I would pass along this link for those getting preschool services in Maryland. (Ages 3 and up) MSDE is doing the survey to help improve services and it takes about 5 minutes. They also said they will be mailing the survey out, but I haven't received mine yet. Some of the questions are IEP specific and I just answered them for the IFSP since we are on Extended IFSP. There is a comments section at the end to tell them this....
