Low AMH level of 6

Hello Ladies,

I am looking for some advice… I have been seeing an RE for a couple months now. My DH (35 years) is all clear with "excellent sperm". As for me (31 years) it seems every time I have blood work and ultrasound things are not working the way they should. Right now I am currently on Puregon only. Today I went in for another ultrasound and blood work feeling quite good. I have lost 8 pounds and was feeling very optimistic. Then the doctor came in to have a talk with me. He told me that my AMH results were in and I was reading at 6. He said ideally a woman my age should be around 15 to 20. I now have an appointment with him but not until May 9th to review our options. He said for me not to worry but that is harder said than done. Needless to say I have been crying all day and I am scared… 

Does anyone have low AMH? What options will we have? Does anyone have anyone advice?

I have Low AMH 0.5 and my hubby has low sperm count, they recommended we go straight to IVF.  I have my retrieval tomorrow, they said I have 4 good follicles.  Like ThoseThreeWords said, didn't get a bumper crop of follicles   Hopefully my quality is good.  I'm only 29 years old.  I'm just grateful I didn't wait longer to try to have kids.
