Sending so many giant (((HUGS))) to salsa_wifey who lost sweet baby last week.  You have been in my thoughts and prayers.  I hope you find some peace in the coming weeks and months. 

Huge congratulations to mandiroo who had her baby boy last week.  Sending lots of love to the whole familiroo.  Please stop by with some pics and a birth story when you are ready, mandiroo!!

EDD/How many weeks/Fruit? 25 weeks, cauliflower!

Appts/ Updates? No appointments, but I did have an unscheduled pit stop to L and D after some spotting last week.  A couple hours of baby kicking the monitor repeatedly and a negative FFN and they felt confident that I am not in pre-term labor, thank god.  I was sent home with strict instructions not to put anything in my vagina and to drink lots of water. 

We also took a huge step and purchased our crib and car seat this weekend...  sh!t is starting to get real in my house....

How are you feeling? Feeling good.  Some cramping and discomfort when I try to move to quickly or run for the bus in heels...  I think I need to lose the heels.

DH on the other hand seems to have come down with a nasty stomach bug.  I'm not sure how great it is for me to be spraying the bathroom down with clorox clean up, but I'm pretty sure it's better than the alternative at this point...  Ugh!

What are you craving? Pasta and a salad with parmesan peppercorn dressing.  I think it's dinner time.

QOTW: What is your birth order in your family (eldest, youngest, only, etc) and of how many children?  I am the oldest of 3 in my nuclear family.  Second oldest of 5 if you count my steps as well.

Thank you so much for this. I actually got over my fear this week and bought some maternity clothes and a belly band. Also a few bras and I have to say I feel a hundred times more comfortable now and I have a bump. I can't hide for much longer, I had a few customers ask when I was due  :-)

EDD/How many weeks/Fruit? oct 27th, 12 weeks! Lime

Appts/ Updates? I have a general checkup tomorrow and a NT scan on Thursday. I am nervous but having faith that things will be okay and even if they are not then I will still make it through. I did feel something strange last night. It felt like a butterfly and today I have felt it more. I am sure it's in my head as I have never experienced it before. 

How are you feeling? Happy, tired and sick. I have a minor cold this week

What are you craving? watermelon, salads and cheesecake (it is so yummy)

QOTW: What is your birth order in your family (eldest, youngest, only, etc) and of how many children? I am the oldest of seven siblings and I have four nieces and nephews.

@SuperKim13 - thank you for running check in!  A Crib and car seat does make shit real!  I am sorry to hear about the pit stop to L&D, but glad to hear everything is looking okay!

EDD/How many weeks/Fruit?   26 weeks - a head of lettuce!

Appts/ Updates?  Nothing in the very near future.  My next OB appt is 4/23 and will be my GTT (FX!) and my next u/s is 5/5 with MFM.  My u/s last week looked good.  Little one's growth was right on track.

How are you feeling?   Ok.  I have had a bit of a headache today, which has  prompted me to closely monitor my BP.  I have a history of migranes since I was 14, so a headache is not uncommon, but due to my Pre-E history, it puts me on high alert.  BP has been pretty good and LO has been moving all around, so it seems likely to be just a regular ol' headache.

What are you craving?   Chocolate pudding!  

QOTW: What is your birth order in your family (eldest, youngest, only, etc) and of how many children?   I am the youngest of 3 children.  I have brother who is 8 years older and a sister who is 3 years older.

How are you feeling? Good. Tired and annoyed with work.

What are you craving? Chocolate chip cookies and I am very picky about them now.

Work started calming down late this afternoon but boss is still touchy. So tired and I haven't had a chance to finish the nursery or clean house or do anything else I would like to do. And sleep. I miss that treasure. Tomorrow is the 15th. So thankful to have made it through this season- felt like I stayed in survival mode.

How are you feeling? Got a little energy back... Battle of the names stresses me out a lil bit but still have time. Feeling happy trying not to think about loss milestone that will happen in a few weeks... So we decided we will announce while at the cruise! Take some cool pics and break the news force my self to loose the fear

What are you craving?
Burgers, ginger ale and oranges for some reason oranges are my go to food.

I am the eldest is just my brother who is 27 and I... He adopted a beautiful baby girl in december. His wife lost her two ovaries at 24 ( shes 27 as well) due to cysts and endometriosis so they decided to adopt... Mia is the princess of the house shes now 11 months.

Sorry for the late check in. My son got a bug in the stomach and we had constant running to the bathroom, cleaning, etc. So sad see such a little boy so sick  @SuperKim13 I am sorry you had that spotting scare, but glad that everything is ok. Banbie is right, Clorox wipes, everywhere. It is the best to use with a LO around, get used to them  @songbirdsinging55‌, I hope your appointment goes great and everything shows normal. @Banbie18 I am so jealous...I hope you have a great time!!!

EDD/How many weeks/Fruit? 24, I don't even know what fruit.

Appts/ Updates? I had an app last week, everything looked ok. The rash still there and they decided it is pregnancy related since I tested negative for everything imaginable. So I just have to endure it... I have the glucose test the 29th... practising drinking tea with 4 sugars... 

How are you feeling? Exhausted with the little monkey sick. And obviously he is not just sick during the day, we had to wake up several times during the night, clean sheets...you know. I feel terrible for the guy, he is loosing a lot of weight.. I'd rather be sick myself than see him like that. Get ready for motherhood...it is hard sometimes.

What are you craving? Sleep...

QOTW: What is your birth order in your family (eldest, youngest, only, etc) and of how many children? I am the oldest one. My mother battled with infertility for years, tried everything and nothing worked. When they gave up, 10 years after me, my mom got pregnant with my sister (she thought it was the menopause). Still after my sister birth felt like I was alone. I left my parents home at 21 and my sister was 11 by the time, we never got bonded too much since we were in totally different phases of our lives. Now we have a good distance relationship.

And I'm feeling about the same this week, but I'm ok with that. Since I have to wait 2 weeks between my last appointment and my next one, it's nice to know I'm feeling something that lets me know I'm still pregnant. I've decided to hold off on telling more friends/family until after next week's appointment. I'll be in my 13th week at that point and hopefully feel more confident about opening up.

EDD/How many weeks/Fruit? 12 weeks, plum. Can't believe I made it to 12 weeks. It's actually pretty surreal, a part of me thought I'd never make it this far!

Appts/ Updates? Appointment next week Thursday to hear the heartbeat again. Wish I could have another ultrasound so I can see my little pumpkin again! I think I have to wait until 16 weeks for another u/s though.

How are you feeling? Barfy and tired!

What are you craving? French fries.

QOTW: What is your birth order in your family (eldest, youngest, only, etc) and of how many children? I'm the oldest of 3 kids. I've really loved being the oldest because I was always the boss and still kind of am.

I'm sorry for the headache, especially since it put you on alert.  Thank goodness LO is letting you know that he or she is doing fine in there.  I hope you feel better today!  I have my GTT on the 23, too!  Good luck!!

(((HUGS)))  It's almost over!!  Then you can finish the nursery and sleep!  What are you taking for maternity leave?  Can you look forward to getting away from your boss for a bit?

Thank you, definitely taking the wipe advice to heart!  DH is feeling better today, thank goodness!  I am so excited for you heading out on the cruise.  What a cool place to announce.  Have a wonderful time, even if you can't partake in the dark and stormys and rum swizzle!

Your plan makes total sense.  There is something about hitting that 12 or 13 week mark.  It's a big milestone.  I'm sorry you feel crappy, but glad it's reassuring at least!
