Naturally minded pediatrician Cleveland OH

First baby due June 2nd and trying to find a pediatrician in the Cleveland area (we live in Parma). My husband and I would like to find someone that takes more of a natural approach, we are still debating vaccines for example and don't want anyone that is quick to medicate. We need someone with the Cleveland Clinic but don't really know where to start! Any recommendations would be much appreciated!
