First obgyn prenatal appointment

My first obgyn prenatal appt is tomorrow since being released from my Re. What can I expect at this appointment besides getting pregnancy paperwork did you have an internal exam done?
                 

TTC since 2012 

Dx : DOR

IUI #1 (Follistim switched over to Menopur injections) - BFN

Attempted IUI #2 (Menopur injections only cycle) better response on the Menopur then the Follistim combination treatment cycle however my cycle was still canceled due to my eggs not maturing and follicles not growing enough on a high dose of Menopur (Re said I could try a cycle of comid + ovidrel  for an IUI) for my second IUI( praying this works for us)

  Clomid + Ovidrel protocol worked still a BFN as a result

Attempted cycle  Clomid  + Ovidrel protocol for IUI # 3 (Unable to do this cycle due to a cyst)

IUI # 3 Clomid+ Ovidrel protocol - BFP    Beta #1 752  Beta #2  1536    Beta #3 3797

EDD 10/27/14

Our sweet baby boy arrived on 9/2/14 TTC # 2 Conceived without help- June 2015 July 2015- Miscarriage ( blighted ovum)
March 2016 (ectopic pregnancy) :(

    Probably no internal unless you need a pap. I've only had one internal exam since graduating to the OB, and that was to do a quick cervix check to rule out premature labor after I had some sudden-onset back pain. You will pee in a cup, get some blood drawn, get BP taken, and probably talk some. And likely an u/s too your first visit, if your OB had an u/s machine onsite (some don't).

    I didn't even see my obgyn at my first appt. we sat with his nurse and did paperwork and went over questions. My second visit he would have done a Pap smear but I just had one done so I really just peed In a cup and got weighed. We didn't do an ultrasound because he had all my records from my RE. We discussed some things about weight gain and if I wanted the NT scan that's pretty much it.

    Congrats grad! ;-)  At my first OB appt, they took my vitals, weight, b/w, and urine sample. They then did a pelvic exam and pap...and checked my ute for growth and my breasts for lumps/duct development. I then met with one of the OB's to talk about my IF journey, questions about being pregnant, meds, etc. Oh! And they used the doppler so I could hear baby girl's hb

    {DH:31 all clear, "super sperm"}
