I realized last night that I don't have anything with emergency info put together for LO. What info should I include on a card? So far, it's:

Name
Date of birth
Mom and dads contact info

What else should I be including? Also, where should I be keeping these? Just in the diaper bag, or do I need something attached to the car seat? Any advice/suggestions would be appreciated!

A secondary contact in case of emergency (like if you and H were both in the car and injured in an accident)
Any allergies LO has
Any major medical issues and/or pediatrician's name

Ours are on the car seats, i have an index card the no line side facing out so that people can't walk by the van and see it.
It say flip for emergency info.

I have a local Emergancy contact( pick up from...), as well as the next legal gardian (ultimately responsible in the event DH and I are not capable). Both of these parties also have each other's info, and know where the Emergancy info is.

I was told to have a picture of LO too, just in case a friend was useing the car seat that had LO/our info.
