NCDR: Ketchup Recipe

Ok, I'm not ashamed to admit that I have a total love for ketchup, and it seems that G has inherited my love of "sauce" (as he calls it). Since I recognize that most of the bottled stuff I can get has ingredients that I don't love, does anyone have a good ketchup recipe for me?

    Thanks y'all :) TJ, I'm right there with you on the heinz. That's what ketchup should taste like. I'll look for the organicville, though. We actually do have their BBQ sauce, so we might have their ketchup too.

    I made the ketchup and a few other recipes from this book:

    and they turned out good.  The ketchup was thicker... I may try to blend it longer next time... but it was a good hamburger ketchup.

    I try and make a lot of things and I like organic etc, however, when it comes to ketchup I just can't. It might be one of the only things we are brand loyal on. We're a Heinz family too!

    That being said I have been eyeing this recipe
