He's here! And vying for biggest baby title (natsmama)

Samuel Joseph born today 3/31 at 11:25 AM -- 10 lbs 5 oz and 24 inches long! They thought he'd be big, but my doc was guessing high 8's. This was a surprise.
Details: I was induced this morning. Pit started at 8:30, contractions came hard and fast, epidural at 10:30, baby just shy of 11:30 and only 10 min of pushing. Tearing...yes, but I'll spare details.
I lurked for a long time here (mostly due to concerns with baby's health) but found so much support in the information here even then -- thanks, all

@LiFeIsAmIrAcLe that's about how tall my daughter was and I thought the same thing! I didn't think he'd be much taller.
