Just moved to Alexandria with 10.5 month daughter, things to do?

Hello! My husband is in the military and we just moved to Alexandria for his work. I love the area but haven't found any swim classes, music classes, play groups, or fun things to do with the baby. We are familiar with the Queen St and Del Ray library programs but would love more tips! Are there indoor play areas? We moved from a place with a lot of them so I feel like I'm missing something!

Thanks for any tips. We love being active and having a full calendar.

Try meet up.com for moms groups with tons of events in your area. Inova hospitals also have moms groups that are pretty active. Not sure about city of Alexandria but fairfax county website has a ton of events, classes, rec centers, etc. depending on where you are located. Good luck!
