We've been doing better with food on our little food plan. I have lost about 15 lbs just by changing what I eat which is great... still have about 45 lbs to go.. but I realized hell, that's 25% done so that's cool. That even includes my birthday and spring break where I kinda fell off the wagon. We are hoping to add exercise in the mix soon too. It's intimidating... but soon...
@whocanitbenow So do you do lifting competitions? Sorry if this is an ignorant question, but I genuinely don't know. I knew you lifted, just didn't know you were competitive with it.
