AW: Made it to my goal of 2 years. Yay!

Well this evening was my last time BFing DS. He turned 2 today and before he was born I made it a goal to BF until he was 2. Glad we made it! Had lots of bumps along the way, but we fought through and I'm so glad we did. I would continue, but my cycles are still funky after my m/c in January and we are ready to TTC#2. It's bittersweet being done with BFing, but we had a wonderful experience and I just want to encourage other moms to keep going and push through those tough times. You can do it!

Congrats! I also want to do it as long as possible before TTC#2... hopefully I can make it to 2 years too

I guess it's quite sad not to BF anymore.. last night I was thinking about it and BF is one of my favorite things about being a mom.

Congratulations! My DD turned 2 in Jan. and is still nursing a little here and there. Any one of you ladies is welcome to come over and WEAN MY CHILD. I'm done! But she's SO not done. Sigh.
