I haven't researched this yet, hoping you ladies might have some random knowledge! Is a mocha (like from mcdonalds) too caffeinated, being it has chocolate and espresso? I just was on a coffee post when this question crossed my mind!

Generally one-two cups of coffee a day is fine, so I would say your mocha is a-ok.
