I AM cursed

A couple weeks ago, I found out my midwife's practice was closing. The OB that owned it was retiring unexpectedly, so he closed the whole practice. When I was 12 weeks with my son, my OB moved and I had to find a new one. So I started to think I was cursed at not being able to keep a midwife or OB past 12 weeks. I found a new clinic and went to my appointment today, where they told me THEY ARE CLOSING. Another clinic purchased them and they are merging and changing locations. Not only that, but the new midwife I picked is also 16 weeks pregnant and won't be available to deliver my baby.

It actually will all work out because I just got a call and the new clinic ended up hiring my old midwife, so I'll be able to go back to seeing her at 20 weeks, just in a new practice. I was freaking out all day at my inability to keep a midwife or OB until I got the call, though.

What a whirlwind. Switching doctors is tough, hope it all works out ok!
