My plan is to start keeping a food journal again. I've found it helps SO much to write everything down. And I need to get back on the treadmill or in the gym 5x a week. How about you?
Yeah I fell off too. I would use it a few days, then forget, start over, etc. I'm pretty determined this time around. I'm going with the "If I focus on losing 10 lbs at a time maybe I will ovulate like a normal person instead of worrying about that" (The whole "it will happen when you least expect it" crap!)

I did spark people but it didn't work for me because I was ALWAYS hungry. I'm going to do WW online. I like how you can earn points by working out. My goal is to workout at least 3 times a week. I'm usually a maniac for about 4-6 weeks then I taper off. I want to make sure I have an attainable goal. I'd like to lose 13lbs by valentine's day.

I was thinking of doing the same thing. I'm using SparkPeople.com (link on my blog) to track calories and exercise and everything.
I want to do WW or JennyCraig or something, but I don't want to spend money on it. Sparkpeople is FREE.

I have probably 30 to lose (I'm only 5'2ish) 15 of it since I came off BCP in June. :-( The other 15 came on after the wedding.
