Why won't my siggy update?

Ok, so I've tried updating my siggy several times over the past couple of months. I go in and edit everything and save. But it never changes my siggy in my posts. I go back and see if it actually saved, and all my new stuff is there! But not in my posts?
I keep thinking that maybe something wonky was going on with the bump that day, but when I try again another day, it still doesn't work.
Am I missing something?

EDD 10/15/16
At 20-week anatomy scan found IUGR (Intrauterine Growth Restriction), and very low Amniotic Fluid. Now, I'm High Risk and have weekly ultrasounds to monitor fluid and growth. If baby runs out of room or is too growth restricted, they will deliver ASAP. My current goal is to make it to 28 weeks!
