AFP results *update*

*Had our sono today and everything is perfect! What a stressful two weeks it was. I'm so relieved and happy. I feel like I can relax and enjoy my Pregnancy now. My DH and I just got back from the geneticist's office after being told yesterday I have a slightly elevated AFP count. We were able to get an appt the next day so we went. Now they've moved our next ultrasound up 2 weeks and offered amnio, which I declined for now. Anyone else have experience with this? It's really nerve-wracking to be told you have increased risk for spina bifeda. We just had a totally normal anatomy scan on Thursday which the doc said is a very good sign.

No experience...I just had my AFP drawn as well. Though, it does sound promising that your a/s looked good. Fx for you
