Stomach palpitations

I'm at 24 weeks and I've been experiencing rapid, rhythmic palpitations in my upper abdomen recently. Kind of like a muscle spasm maybe? This is my second pregnancy and I know what baby's kicks feel like - this is most definitely NOT baby kicks. It's also definitely not related to my heart, as it's on my right side. Does anybody know what this is?? It's driving me crazy not knowing!

Just off the top of my head Id say its the baby.

Kind of sounds like muscle twitching. Are you drinking enough milk? Enough water?

OP.... I too have experienced this. No sarcasm here... I understand what you're saying with the difference between baby, etc. This is my second child and I'm already feeling movement and have been for a few weeks. I asked my doctor about the spasms and she said they are normal and have to do with uterine growth, but are similar to other muscular spasms. Make sure to stay hydrated and they should be fine.
