My M/S kicks in. What is that about? Its minimal in the morning (until I try to eat breakfast, which I have to force myself to do), fine all day, and then WHAM, at 4 pm every day I start to feel absolutely awful.
I'm the same way - fine the majority of the day and then in the afternoon it hits me! I'm kinda glad, though, because I'm usually on my way home from work at that time. I definitely would call mine "afternoon" sickness!!!
I've heard that protein is the way to go for anti-nausea snacks. ?Cheese and eggs have been yummy for me, but I don't know if they're on your "can't even think about 'em" list, but either way, try protein. ?
That happened to me until 12 weeks. Although I would throw up in the morning, I'd feel better immediately afterwards until late afternoon...then I was a goner. Nothing worked, all I can wish you is good luck and this will pass.

I actually feel it kick in around 11-11:30 AM.... it usually gets better by evening. I have found if I go work out and then eat something afterwards it is sooooo much better!
If I can't work out, eating a snack seems to help as well.
