Sleeping has become pretty crummy lately and I am open to feedback or help! I am 22 weeks pregnant and my hands are constantly going "numb". Only that's a horrible way to describe it because they hurt and feel tons of pressure and swollen. It is worse at night when I wake up every couple of hours and have to shake and massage my hands gotten to fifteen minutes until I can go back to sleep. Doctor AND midwife said carpal tunnel and that I can go buy wristbands. My concern is that it is a symptom of diabetes (I am overweight and have gained 20 pounds so far). I have had this pain in much smaller doses, infrequently, before I was pregnant. Has anyone had experience with this?
