had an early u/s today due to spotting last night

Started spotting last night/this morning so I called my awesome IVF nurse and she booked us for an u/s right away...well we saw a perfect little bean measuring 6w2d with a hb of 120bpm. We are so happy (I'm still worried about the spotting but that's a whole different post!) we go for our previously scheduled u/s next Tuesday at 7w. Huge relief, but was scared to death this morning. 
TTC#1 
BFP 2/14/11, missed m/c 9 weeks. d&e 3/24/11
BFP 12/10/11 d&e at 13wk+4days 2/17/12
Dx with Balanced Robertsonian Translocation (13;14) moving on to IVF w/ PGD
IVF #1 (May 2012) 13R, 10F, 5 blasts, ONE NORMAL frozen no transfer
IVF #2 (July 2012) 17R, 8F, 5  blasts, ONE NORMAL 6dt on 7/12/2012- c/p
IVF #3 (Sept. 2012) 39R, 25F, 13 blasts,  3 NORMALS! Freeze-all due to high E2.
FET #1 10/23- 2 expanded blasts, Beta #1 11/1- 113, Beta #2 11/4-351, Beta #3 11/7- 1213

IVF #4 (Feb 2014)- 49R, 28F, 13 blasts, 7 NORMALS! eSET of a normal blast on 2/24/14, 6 frosties.
Beta #1 3/4/14- 105. Beta #2 3/7/13- 397 EDD-11/11/14. 1st u/s 3/20- 6w2d lil' bean with 120hb. 7w0d- lil bean's hb was 144. Graduated from RE 3/25/14.

    So glad they got you in ASAP and you saw that beautiful little heartbeat! Spotting is such a mind eff. I've been (tmi) spotting brown since 11dpiui, but I'm 99% sure it's just the suppositories irritating my cervix, and the nurse agreed. Either way, I'd love for it to go away :-w Is that reason a possibility for you?

    Two DDs 10/08 and 08/10, no primary IF
    TTC #3 since 10/2011 - dx unexplained/weak ovulation
     3 BFN clomid + TI cycles, 5 BFN clomid/gonal f IUIs, 1 mmc IUI
    2/19/2014 IVF #1 Unexpected low E2 (oversuppressed) -> increased to max doses = 3 or 4 follicles, converting to IUI
    BFFP Saw 1 beautiful heartbeat at 6w6d, follow up u/s at 9w showed mmc. Eff this.
    NTNP 5/2014-9/2014, OPKs and TI 10/2014 - 1/2015. 
    RPL testing all normal, AFC, AMH, and FSH all normal. 
    IVF 1.2 1/22/2014 natural cycle start, AFC 28, 300 gonal f/150menopur. 
    ER 2/3/15 14R 8M 3F w/ICSI Day 5 transfer on 2/8/15 of one "Grade A+" blast and have TWO frosties!

    The same thing happened to me, practically on the same day even, and all turned out great so far. Mine was a bleed and it turned out to be a small one that resolved itself quickly. FX yours is something just as harmless, tho it's so scary none the less!
    Me: 37, DH: 35 :: TCC since 2/11 SA: Perfect! CD3  HSG = Blocked Right Tube
    April- Femara 2.5mg + Trigger + IUI = BFN   May- Femara 5mg = CX - No Response on Left = BFN
    June- Femara 7.5mg + Trigger + IUI = BFN  August- Lap & Hysteroscopy = Blocked & Partially Blocked Tubes
    September- Femara 5mg = CX - No Response on Left = BFN  October- 100mg Clomid + Trigger + TI = BFN
    IVF # 1: Stims 11/30 ER 12/12/12! (10R, 10M, 8F, 2T, 6 F) :: Beta #1- 176  c/p @ 4w4d
    FET #1 February 26th :: Lost 4 to Thaw, Transferred 2 = BFFN
    IVF # 2 Stims 5/10 ER 5/21 (15R, 13M, 13F, 2T, 7F- 6d3 & 1d5) :: Beta # 1- 15 c/p @ 4w
    FET #2 Cancelled, Right Tube Developed a Hydro  8/28 Hydro & Scar Tissue Removed  Cleared for FET
    FET #2.2 Scheduled for September 20th
    2 Thawed, 2 Transferred! Beta #1- 96, Beta #2 906! :: EDD June 10th
    2015- 2 failed FET. We are done
    SURPRISE! BFP 8/8/16   EDD 4/1/17

    Thanks Ladies, @Jen071407 I'm on PIO so not irritation from supps. I wish I had that to blame it on. With my DD, I had a bleed (around the same tim e5-6w) and they switched me from supps to PIO and it went away by 7w.  I had more this morning (assuming it was from the u/s) It IS a mindf*ck. At least I only have to wait until tuesday for my next u/s :)

    #1 BFP 1/10/11; missed m/c discovered 7w5d
    IF Dx: Endo, hetero MTHFR mutation, poor morphology
    #1 IUI: 1/18/12 = BFN
    #1 IVF/ICSI 4/2/12 = 2 x 7-cell and 1 x 5-cell transferred (3dt) = BFP!!
    H was born at 41w2d on 12/29/12 - be still my heart!
    #2 IVF/ICSI 1/19/14 = 2 x 8 cells transferred (3dt) = BFP!! EDD 10/09/14
    M&W born at 37 weeks on 9/18/14 - I am the momma of 3 boys!!!
