Dd has been sleeping in the bouncer since we came home.
I've been trying to have her sleep in the bassinet for at least one stretch at night.
She woke fussing at three and I got up and scooped her out of the bouncer. I'd been nursing a few minutes when I realized that the last time I remember putting her down, it was in the bassinet. Apparently i moved her at some point between that feeding and 3am WITHOUT ANY MEMORY OF IT.
Wth is wrong with me? I don't have a clue how she moved.
Any other confessions?
Re: MOTN confessions
(@RondackHiker, my DH sleep walks. Only he *thinks* he's tending to baby, but it's either me or a pillow. I woke up to him burping his pillow a couple of weeks ago, and just the other day baby was fussing on the monitor but DH decided to "Shhhshh" and rock my shoulder gently. Then decided to tell me the next morning how he got up to settle LO and I had to break the news.)
He'll survive.
Yep,and I always think of him as a girl in the MOTN, since my first was a girl.
I'm still baffled about her moving from the bassinet to the bouncer. Baffled and horrified.
Or maybe she's a witch and is the earliest apparater ever? Hogwarts bound in 11 years!
When they first got home, I kept wanting to call one of them Starbuck (our dogs name) and could not for the life of me remember their names. Awful.
This morning DH had a follow-up appointment with his surgeon to get his staples removed, he had a hernia repair a week ago. I woke him up early so he would make it there by 8, its on the other side of town. He gets there and then calls me to make sure i had the right time, because no one is there and the office is closed. I look on the paper I wrote it down on, it's at 2:30 in the afternoon. Totally lied and told him they had told me 8 so I don't know what happened (since I was the one that made the appointment for him). I'm gonna blame lack of sleep and being crazy busy this week for that brain fart, sorry DH!
So, I feel ya! Sleep deprivation is fun.
