I never cook on Tuesdays because we all go and have dinner at my grandma's house. I get to see her and some of my aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
DH's taking me out! My parents are babysitting and we're going to a steakhouse and then a movie. I'm totally looking forward to the fries at this place... they make the best ever fries.
I'm making the Greek chicken someone posted about (sorry....can't remember who it was!) w/ seasoned rice and spinach with halved grape tomatoes sauteed in olive oil and garlic. It should be yummy! Of course, now we have air-duct cleaners going through the sinuses of our condo and DH just took LOs over to the neighbors while they're working. Figures when I have an awesome dinner planned, I pick the worst night fornit. :-p
Well it was going to be flounder Milanese from Skinny Taste...but then M didn't nap all day and L stepped in poop at school, so we had to go pick her up bc she couldn't walk home with one shoe {BTW, she still has on only one shoe and we've been home since 2} and on top of all that M didn't sleep well last night and the house is a mess. It's days like this where I seriously consider going back to work. LOL

Haha, just last week as DH was leaving for work I begged him to take me with him! Don't know anything about being a software engineer, but I'm willing to learn
Re: Wfd?

Do the onions in the chicken count as a veggie?
