Does your daycare follow the school districts snow closures?

Do they refund you if they close for a snow day?

Yup my daycare is closed when school is closed and they dont refund for those days.  She also opens at 8 when school is delayed.

No they do not follow schools or city closures - and no - no refunds

PS ours is an in home daycare.  Dont know if that will make a difference or not!

I'm just trying to figure out what I should do for next year before I send new forms out.  This year was a joke!!

We also use an in-home daycare and no, they do not close on snow days.  (at least they have not told us not to bring her in)  We did bring her on all the snow days, but we also live in the next cul-de-sac from them and we even walked home a few days.  

  Since I work from home, I can still "get" to work.    No snow days for me!  (I'm just happy I don't HAVE to be anywhere.. just daycare then to Starbucks and back home)

There were very few kids there though those days.

Ours follows the school district for weather closures and they do not refund tuition or allow us to make-up the time on a different day.

Ours doesn't, although they did close early or close entirely a few of the snow days that our local district was also closed.  No, we do not get a refund for things like that.
