Anyone else still getting occasional headaches??

I seem to still be getting some headaches. They are not really intense. They seem more like tension headaches. I know they are common in the first 6 weeks postpartum but is anyone else still getting them also?? They aren't really worrying me too bad as I've not been sleeping well, guess I just want to know I'm not alone haha

I honestly feel worse postpartum then I do pregnant. It was this way with both kids. My body doesn't adjust well to not being pregnant anymore. I was joking with a friend the other day that maybe if I get pregnant enough my body will just fix itself. Then my uterus crawled up into my boobs and reminded me to shut my dirty mouth. I think it was about a year until I felt normal after ds1. But never had headaches with him, this is new! Thanks for the tips though. I'll definitely be drinking more water and trying to watch what I eat!!

I've gotten some bad ones and it seems to be when I haven't had enough water.

What I've done to help is drink water and have a frozen wet rag from the freezer to put on my eyes.

I've always had migraines and everyday headaches. They seemed to get better while I was pregnant.

I've had two since DS was born. One of which I've been battling a for three days now. It's been dull and achey most of the time but last night I turned my head too fast and it was a white hot pain. (Don't know if that makes sense to anyone.). I get migraines and I'm super sensitive to movement.

Usually caffeine helps... A ice cold can of coke! (Has to be a can for some reason.) But nothing's touching it this time.
