I really need to get my kids on a schedule

DS1 needs to start pooping at school and DS2 needs to start pooping after daddy gets home.

I'm so tired of changing diapers.  It really feels like they wait for me to be alone just so I have to change them.  DS1 goes to school, grandma leaves, daddy leaves and DS2 decided to poop.  Usually right after lunch when grandma leaves DS1 will poop and DS2 will usually follow him.

Ugh, frustrating. 

DD only poops when she's asleep! She is awesome at using the potty to pee and wears big girl undies now when she's awake, but she still only poops during nap and during the night. She really doesn't like it and it's been a struggle for us lately... *sigh*

My kids like to poop while DH is taking his 20 minute dumps. If I were more cold blooded I'd wait until he was done and pretend I didn't notice. Also, now DS1 always has to poop when I'm holding a sleeping baby. DS2 is impossible to put down so I'm trying to wipe a 3 year old with a sleeping baby strapped to me.

I'm not really in a hurry about it, but it really bothers her and I feel bad for her. Also, she'll come make me change her in the middle of the night...

My ds also decides to poop when dh is camping out in the bathroom for a half hour. So annoying!
