Toddler Dress Pants

DS needs navy dress pants for my brother's wedding in May.  He's the ring bearer and he's wearing a white button down, a bow tie and suspenders.  Any suggestions on where to get the pants?  He's a 24 months/2T.  I'd rather not buy a suit, bc he doesn't need the jacket.
