If your company were paying for a mover would you tip the movers? If yes, how much?

Yes. I gave our movers $20 each. There were 2 of them and they only moved us about 20 minutes away.

We usually do $20 plus buy lunch.

Yes!  Depending on how long the move takes, I do $20 - $50 per mover.

We were packed and moved by a company provides by DHs relocation. I had 3 guys that did all the work for us and drove the 2 hours to our new house. I had $100 and split it between the 3. I felt at the time like I should have given more but I really don't think more would have been necessary. I just always second guess myself..
