RP: DCP & Reflux WWYD?

I met with the DCP yesterday. DS is supposed to start in a few weeks. I go back to work Monday but my sister is going to watch M for a few weeks.  She is freaked out by DS's reflux.  She's had kids before with reflux but apparently not as bad as DS's case. Also, her SIL freaked her out.  Yeah, I love the SIL.  DS is much more manageable now.  I will admit my child is a needy baby.  However, we are working on it and he's doing much better.  However, he is still very young.  I really like her but she will have her own 5 month old, DS, and one other infant starting in Feb.  Is that too much?  Does anyone have any advice on how to convince her my son isn't too much to handle?  He does get meds before every feeding during the day and he does spit up a lot.  But, for the most part his reflux is so much better than it was.  Any ideas? Suggestions? Should I just let it go and find someone else? I really like her but do I want someone who is unsure of my son from the get go?
